Questions we are often asked

Only what we can answer honestly. Anything else, please do ask — we would far rather tell you than have you guess.

Do you make personalised or customised pieces?
Yes — customised gifting is one of the things we do. Engraving, a design adapted to an occasion, or a piece made to order in brass, copper or oxidised silver. Send us the idea along with any reference you have and we will tell you what is possible.
Can you take bulk and corporate orders?
Yes. We take bulk gifting and corporate commissions. Do tell us the quantity, the occasion and the date you need them by, and we will come back to you on what can be made in that time.
How long will delivery take, and what will it cost?
We ship across India and worldwide, but the time and the charge both depend on where you are and what you have ordered. Message us on WhatsApp with your pin code and the piece you want, and we will confirm both before you order.
I have a question about one particular piece.
Send us its name — or a screenshot or a link from our shop or our Instagram — and we will check it and answer properly. That is quicker than describing it from memory.
Can I write to you by email?
Yes — write to us at ojcollection123@gmail.com and it reaches the same people. WhatsApp is still the quickest way to get an answer, and it is the easiest for sending photographs, but if you would rather put it in writing the inbox is read. Do add your order number if your question is about something already bought.
